This project was for a National Tenant in an industrial warehouse building. The existing space was all office and we demolished all parts of that build-out to be able to build new offices and have the warehouse back in its original condition. There was a new concrete ramp and overhead door cut into the building and fencing around the entire property for outdoor storage security.
