S.A. Casey has successfully constructed over 25 Twistee Treat locations across Central Florida. Each project presents a unique challenge: working within limited spaces to create a food facility that delivers an efficient experience for both drive-through and walk-up customers. Additionally, our designs prioritize durability, ensuring that each structure can withstand the demands of Florida's weather while providing a lasting and enjoyable environment.
We tackled this by dividing the Twistee Treat structure into three main components:
Front Cone and Ice Cream Fiberglass Panels:
These arrived in 13 pieces, expertly assembled on-site to create a vibrant and eye-catching façade that attracts customers.
Rear Insulated Cooler Panels:
This section operates like a walk-in cooler, ensuring ideal storage conditions for ice cream, which is essential for maintaining product quality.
Wood Framing and Finishing:
The structure links the front and rear with a robust wood frame. We used FRP panels for interior durability and applied a weather-resistant stucco and paint on the exterior.
