Our renovation of Phantom Fireworks in Orlando showcases a comprehensive transformation encompassing both the retail store and warehouse spaces. The exterior received a vibrant facelift with prominent signage installed on a durable aluminum and wire mesh system, a towering pylon sign in the parking lot for easy visibility, and fresh landscaping with integrated irrigation. The right side façade was revamped with metal panel accents in the brand’s signature colors, while the parking area was enhanced with new curbing, ADA ramps, sidewalks, and updated landscaping.
Inside, we created a unique retail and warehouse environment tailored for Phantom Fireworks’ dynamic shopping experience. Bright, eye-catching paint colors were applied throughout, with glossy VCT flooring installed for durability and appeal. We reconfigured the walls, ceilings, and floors, including a new drywall soffit and acoustical ceiling to support the smoke evacuation system. The facility now features a modern fire alarm and sprinkler system, with new ductwork and energy-compliant insulation in the warehouse, ensuring safety and comfort.
