Our project at the Kia Center (formerly Amway Center) transformed an outdated area into a vibrant new seating and entertainment space, enhancing the venue’s offerings for its 1.3 million annual patrons. The redesigned area includes elevated seating, charging stations, multiple TV displays, and a custom fountain sculpture, complemented by Orlando-inspired artwork and historical displays. One challenge was coordinating construction in this active arena, which hosts roughly 225 major events yearly, from NBA All-Star Weekend to world-class concerts. Through skillful project management, we ensured smooth operations, providing visitors a relaxing, recharging hub amid Kia Center’s bustling environment.
