MSC Office
This project features a newly constructed office space for MSC Industrial Supply, Inc., a leading North American distributor of metalworking and MRO products. The office is part of a larger tilt-up warehouse industrial building, with 5,500 square feet dedicated to office space and 13,700 square feet for warehouse operations. The office area includes a showroom and space for cubicle furniture, enhanced with upgraded carpet tiles, acoustical ceilings, modern mechanical systems, and newly built restrooms.
The handwashing area is equipped with a soap dispenser, paper towel dispenser, and disposal unit, with the vanity designed to meet ADA accessibility standards. The women’s restroom, built as part of the tenant improvement, includes two stalls with new partitions, updated plumbing and lighting, ADA-compliant vanities and sinks, and durable VCT flooring with modern ceilings.
Additional office features include a corridor, cabinetry, and general workspace designed for functionality and efficiency. This thoughtfully executed construction project ensures a modern and comfortable working environment, supporting the company’s operational and future growth needs.
