This project features a small retail outparcel building constructed with CMU and steel joists, and a TPO roof. The exterior includes an EIFS façade accented with stone. Minor site development was completed alongside the installation of a grease trap. One of the main challenges was establishing the sanitary lateral connection, which we successfully resolved with the engineering team’s implementation of a conflict structure.
