This project involved the new construction of an 8-acre development featuring a complete gas station facility. The scope included the construction of the 7 Eleven store, the 7 Eleven gas pumps and canopy, the 7 Eleven car wash, a Twistee Treat ground-up building, a 2 acre retention pond with 14’ tall retaining walls, and a future pad for another 10,000 square foot retail center. Infrastructure work encompassed the installation of new sanitary lines, water services, and connections to four main county sanitary systems, ensuring efficient utility integration. The project combined modern design with functional infrastructure to deliver a fully operational and durable commercial space.
