The 10th floor underwent a comprehensive transformation, featuring upgraded lighting, elegant wood accents, reconfigured wall bump-outs near the elevators, and the installation of sleek ceramic tile flooring complemented by fresh drywall ceilings and updated paint. Careful attention to detail ensured that every design element contributed to a sophisticated and contemporary workspace.
The lobby and restroom areas received a complete modernization to enhance both aesthetics and usability. Outdated green marble and small ceiling tiles in the lobby were replaced with stylish, modern finishes, while the restrooms were fully gutted and rebuilt. Improvements included ADA-compliant vanities with touchless faucets, wall-hung lavatories, updated toilet partitions, and bright ceramic wall tiles accented by glass tiles. Modern lighting fixtures and the removal of bulky accessories created a cleaner, more inviting atmosphere.
