This tenant build-out involved the demolition of existing chimney walls and the installation of a new storefront system. Our team designed and built custom casework, doors, trim, and wood coffers, complemented by wood trim around the walls, to create a unique and welcoming atmosphere. We also provided detailed millwork throughout, including planters for cactus, booths, tables, a pergola, and a bar, all contributing to the restaurant’s distinctive charm.
The space features a brick veneer façade, gypsum walls, colorful murals, and neon signs, which together create a lively and inviting environment.
