The Beltway Commerce Center in Southeast Orlando is a 125,085-square-foot LEED Silver-certified warehouse within a 73-acre master-planned industrial park. The newly constructed office space seamlessly integrates with the existing storefront, featuring an open layout ready for tenant occupancy. The design includes a standard break room with custom millwork, a sink with hot and cold water, and a dedicated area for a microwave to maximize counter space.
The warehouse section is equipped with essential utilities, including a transformer that steps down the building’s 277/480-volt high voltage to 120/208 volts for office use. Additional features include a compact mop sink and overhead water heater to conserve space, along with a hi/low drinking fountain for employee convenience. The office area is designed with prefinished wood doors for the IT room and restrooms, metal doors leading to the warehouse, and new carpet and ceiling tiles for a polished look.
Energy-efficient LED flat panel lighting was installed in a clean 2×2 grid layout, providing bright, modern illumination throughout the office space. This expansive and thoughtfully designed office and warehouse facility is fully equipped and ready to support the operational needs of future tenants.
