Shawn graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Building Construction, swiftly earning his General Contracting License. Throughout his university years, he gained practical experience through various internships, immersing himself in project management and budgeting while continuing to work with his father, who was transitioning into a managerial role. This blend of education and hands-on experience prepared Shawn to excel in the construction industry.

After graduation, he joined a large commercial contracting firm, where he honed his skills in project coordination and client relations.
