Heather has lived in Central Florida for over 30 years and has spent her career building strong relationships throughout the Florida construction industry. With more than 17 years of experience in project management, she has successfully led a wide range of new commercial construction projects including tenant build-outs, healthcare facilities, and regional developments, as well as numerous renovation projects.
 
She began her career in construction management working with respected firms in the Orlando area, quickly gaining a reputation for her attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and collaborative approach with owners, architects, and subcontractors. In 2025, Heather joined the S.A. Casey Construction team as a Project Manager, bringing with her proven expertise in schedule development, budget management, subcontractor coordination, and client relations.
 
At S.A. Casey, Heather manages projects from preconstruction through close-out, ensuring each one is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality. She is especially passionate about streamlining communication between teams and implementing efficient processes that keep projects moving forward smoothly.
 
Outside of work, Heather enjoys weekends at both the beach and mountains, traveling the world, and spending time with her husband and children. She is also a certified sporting clay coach, with a passion for helping others grow in the sport and develop confidence both on and off the course.
