- Medium-height tower for a balanced transition
- Decorative aluminum pergola for added texture and shade
- Main façade tower for a bold, standout feature
This upgrade modernized the plaza while enhancing curb appeal for future tenants and customers.
Structural Reinforcements for Longevity & Stability
End Cap Tower for Future Brewery
At one end of the plaza, we constructed a stronger, taller retail tower using steel reinforcements and concrete footings. To ensure a long-lasting, durable structure, we incorporated EIFS geometric designs and an aluminum pergola, creating a modern, low-maintenance solution for years to come.
Restaurant Façade Upgrade
An existing restaurant within the shopping center required an operational-friendly renovation. We coordinated closely with the business to ensure it remained open during construction. The new façade features a reinforced tower, improved signage, and cultured marble columns that enhance its nighttime ambiance with strategically placed lighting.
Enhancing the Retail Experience with Landscaping & Design
A significant change was the removal of the walkway canopy, giving the shopping plaza a cleaner, more contemporary look. We also added rows of masonry units to the façade, breaking the monotony of the previous design.
To soften the expanse of asphalt parking, we strategically introduced palm trees and landscaping elements, creating a more inviting atmosphere for visitors and shoppers.
