Upgraded Façade with Cultured Stone and EIFS Trims
The finished façade reflects a modern, inviting look that aligns with HomeGoods’ updated branding standards. Cultured stone accents on the columns and EIFS trims were meticulously installed, blending durability with visual appeal. These enhancements elevate the store’s exterior, creating a welcoming space for shoppers.
Careful Sign Removal and Preservation
A crucial first step was the removal of the existing HomeGoods sign. Our team ensured the sign was carefully taken down and securely stored in a warehouse, ready for reinstallation upon project completion.
Metal Framing and Structural Adjustments
The renovation required a significant transformation of the façade’s shape, transitioning the triangular design into a sleek rectangular structure. Our team constructed a robust metal frame to meet the new HomeGoods design standards, ensuring stability and precision.
Plywood Installation and Waterproofing
Once the metal framing was completed, plywood sheathing was added for enhanced stability. The structure was then wrapped in Tyvek waterproofing to ensure long-term protection from the elements, followed by the application of high-quality stucco
Lighting and Final Painting Touches
