RESTAURANT BUILD OUT IN ORLANDO FOR ARMANDO’S

Here we feature Armando’s Cucina Italiana located in Lake Nona part of Orlando. This 4500sf restaurant was a brand new tenant build out inside a newly completed shell building.
The image above and below shows the installed exterior signs, awnings, and ceiling fans on this facade. We also cut in an exterior bar top with an overhead garage door to close when not in use.
We walk you past the pizza oven, the focal point of the restaurant. There is a 2nd bar area around the pizza oven so customers can watch the pizza being made and prepared. Plenty of lighting and there is a specialty made heat hood to remove the heat from the pizza oven up and out of the building. The pictures shows not only the pizza oven and hood but the main cooking area hood system.
Next we show the unique light in that the LED light is a part of the mirror. The old style sink has room for two people and the entire bathroom had white subway tile installed.
The next images show one of 5 wine racks we built. There is an open ceiling concept for lots of brick and drywall soffits for contrast. The main bar front was built in thin brick with a quartz countertop. TV’s were installed over the bar and you can get a good view of the glass garage door that allows outside seating at the bar from the covered porch. The floor is polished concrete and all the tables are made of stained oak wood. Lots of lighting illuminates the restaurant and dimmers are used to control the lighting as the night goes on.
The awing and signage will cover future outdoor tables for customers. There is plenty of outdoor lights and ceiling fans for the customers.
