Here we feature the renovated Phantom Fireworks located in Orlando. This page will introduce you to the work our company did encompassing a Warehouse Renovation, Retail Store Renovation, Façade Renovation and even a renovated parking lot. Perfect timing for the upcoming holiday celebrations and we are happy to support the largest fireworks provider in Florida.

The image above shows the exterior modifications including the large signage that was installed over an aluminum and wire mesh system attached to the building. You will not have any problems finding the location since we installed a large Pylon sign in the parking lot so customers can see from far away. Upon arriving you will enjoy seeing how we planted all new landscaping with irrigation.

Now we will show the original right side facade of the building prior to our renovation. All the old stone was removed and the storefronts were relocated for better access into and out of the retail store. Then we show the right side look after the facade renovation. Metal panels were installed over the exit and painted purple to match the corporate colors. There were many areas of the parking lot that were redone including curbing, ADA ramps, sidewalks, parking spaces, irrigation and landscaping.

Now come inside to have a very unique retail and warehouse experience while we further introduce our Commercial Construction business. Customers can shop for fireworks in a large area where we renovated the walls, ceilings and floors.

Bright paint colors are on all walls interior and exterior. All new VCT flooring with 5 coats of wax were used to make it shine.

A drywall soffit was installed around the perimeter of the retail area with an acoustical ceiling built higher to control the smoke evacuation system in case of fire. We installed a brand new fire sprinkler and fire alarm system in the building too.

This was part of the large warehouse renovation. All new ductwork was installed to air condition the warehouse. We also installed vinyl backed insulation up against the ceiling so the warehouse could meet current energy codes in the State of Florida.
