Underneath the main playground is the VCT with lots of scattered colors. Our flooring installers coordinated with the owners to make sure the different colors worked with the overall scheme of the project.
A Snack Bar and Lounge was built for parents and kids to relax after enjoying the playground. Coordination with the equipment supplier to make sure all the equipment fit into the small space and had all the correct connections was one of our challenges.
This playful climbing wall and interactive electronic circles is a great game for kids. Making sure it was structuraly sound was our most important task. Steel supports hold the wall up against existing beams and columns to make sure the kids stay safe.
This is the main feature of the indoor playground with interior tube slides and other climbing areas. The coordination of the installation to make sure all ceiling items had the correct clearances was the most detailed part of the project.
This side view of the main playground area shows how the height of the playground had to integrate with the height of the building. All safety padding and precautions were made for a fun but safe environment for the kids.
We built a small stage for the Kids to sing and play on. Working with the City of Orlando to make sure it met all codes challenged us at times.
We installed an Unistrut structure in the background with pink protectors to keep the kids safe. All drywall around the perimeter of the space was installed over new metal framing since it was not there before when the previous tenant had a ceiling.

The first image that follows is how you will see the business upon arriving and the second shows all the new ductwork and air conditioning diffusers we installed in the building. What you cannot see is all new air conditioning units on the roof and a new metal roof to keep everyone cool and dry.
