The image above and below is from the 10th floor where the renovation consisted of new lighting, new wood features, rebuilding of wall bump outs by the elevators, new ceramic tile flooring, paint, drywall ceilings, and carpet tiles.
The lobby renovation was worked on when the building was full occupied. Our work was completed after hours during the week and on weekends to not disturb the tenants on this and other floors in the building.
We were able to get a few pictures before we started the commercial renovation to see how dated it was. The old green marble was removed, the small squared ceiling tiles were removed, and the bump out walls were reconfigured.
Next we show the before color of the marble vanity compared to the new style we installed. Also the faucets were previously a lever type where the new ones are touchless. The bathroom area with all bright white partitions and wall ceramic tile. The 2×2 ceramic tile on the floor dates back to the 80’s. We removed the large recessed toilet seat cover dispensers and installed a much smaller size unit.
The next images show a modern ADA vanity with all the updated designs done in this area from touchless faucets to touchless toilet accessories to a ceramic tile design that will wow any person using these facilities. The walls are decorated with ceramic tile and glass ceramic tiles for a much more modern look. The modern wall sconce gives plenty of light when looking in the mirror.
This ADA toilet in a stall with a lavatory is wall hung. Precise coordination and measurements were needed to install the toilet in the correct position for the carrier in the wall that structurally holds the toilet in place. Grab bars are installed per the ADA code.
These restrooms for the Men’s and Women’s was totally gutted down to the stud walls and concrete floors. Ceramic tile was installed on the floors and walls and the bathroom received all new toilet partitions and accessories.
