The first picture above is the part of the office that will be used for their showroom and also cubicle furniture when they move in. The one below shows another angle of this office in a newly constructed tilt-up warehouse industrial building that is 5500sf and the warehouse 13,700sf. The office consists of new upgraded carpet tiles, acoustical ceilings, mechanical systems and new bathrooms.

The handwashing area includes a soap dispenser and paper towel dispenser and disposal. The vanity complies with ADA accessibility rules.

The two stall women’s bathroom was part of the tenant build-out and includes new partitions, plumbing, lighting, ADA vanities and sinks, with new VCT flooring and ceilings.

Other areas of the office include the corridor, cabinets and general office space too.
