The picture on the top of this page shows where we had to remove an existing office to add more warehouse space. Within this demolition, we had to build a firewall to completely protect the new office space from the warehouse area. The new warehouse wall is fully racked for merchandise. The entire project is 35,000 square feet. And the picture above was a worn-down warehouse that had a lot of repairs to complete to make it ready for a future tenant to lease. We fixed and renovated the concrete floors, steel columns, overhead doors, metal building insulation, exterior doors and storefront. In addition we painted the warehouse columns and cleaned every inch of the 250,000 square foot facility.
In the pictures that follow, first you will notice design build project of an empty warehouse being turned into a commissary for production of food products. The owner had extremely specialized and expensive equipment that we had to incorporate into the design of the project. This equipment required heavy electrical loads, HVAC designs, and plumbing consisting of steam boilers, propane gas, and heavy water and sanitary design. The project included a mezzanine for offices to overlook the production area, a test kitchen, dry storage, and a 16’ tall walk in cooler and freezer for product storage. This was a 4,000 square foot project. Immediately following is a much larger 40,000 square foot project. It consisted on adding a training room inside an existing warehouse office area. We also added a battery charging room with special ventilation to exhaust battery fumes. We completely bead blasted, floated and sealed the entire warehouse floor to make smooth and hard for the new tenant.
