In the picture above is a 20,000 square feet renovation of a two-story building on the interior and exterior. We worked with GSA, the attorneys on the first floor, and the judges on the second floor to coordinate a massive project to be completed in only three months. We made exterior safety modifications with steel fencing, automatic gates, bullet proof glass, bullet proof walls, and bollards that will stop a dump truck going fifty miles per hour. The internal MEP systems were totally redone and all new walls and finishes were completed. We also installed a new steel staircase in the center of the building. Precise coordination was needed to be working in the many areas of the space and all of them having to be complete at the same time.

In this next picture you will notice a high-profile public project for the municipality where we completed most of our work at S. A. Casey Construction, which was the best job at coordination we have ever done. There were so many different areas of work, each having different challenges, all while the Building and Zoning Departments were open for business. We turned an old restaurant into a new part of permitting, a conference room, a break room, and work stations for employees. We also reworked finishes in the main lobby, Zoning Department and Conference Rooms.
This next project was for the Florida Municipal Power Agency. Part of our renovation of building a conference room was to match existing finishes on the wall, floor, and ceiling. We worked during the day doing this work, protecting the existing work areas and separating our work area to allow for the client to be able to function. We used floor to ceiling glass panels and a frameless glass door. Linear lighting along with can lights give plenty of light for collaboration. Cubicle furniture was relocated along with lighting to allow for the building of the new conference room.
