The picture on the top of this page shows an existing restaurant that had closed and was in disrepair. We added an outdoor patio and seating area and an entrance tower to give the customers a definite entrance for the restaurant. We renovated the entire interior to match other La Madeleine Restaurants across the United States. We installed many older looking wood elements to give the restaurant the old French look and feel.

The picture above this section shows a project designed to better access the timeshare units for its owners. They were three story buildings with zero elevator access. We built two elevator towers and walkways that connected six buildings to elevator access.
In the pictures that follow, first you will notice an unfinished shell church building that we added a drive-thru canopy, completed all the site work, and finished the interior and exterior of the building. This church has a 1200 square foot stage, 300 seats, administrative areas, classrooms, a break room and a welcome atrium. In the second you will notice this sixty-year old shopping center that was only 12 feet tall at its highest point before we began. The design was developed to give a fresh Key West colored façade with simple and inexpensive materials to achieve afresh clean updated look. We completed parking lot modifications, all new landscape and irrigation, and some interior renovations.
