Steve’s extensive experience allows him to collaborate with clients early in the building process to help design site layouts and building concepts, often saving them thousands of dollars before engaging architects and engineers. His ability to streamline this early phase of development is a key part of his value to clients.
As a third-generation construction professional, Steve follows in the footsteps of his grandfather and parents. He is passionate about mentoring others in the construction field and sharing his wealth of knowledge and skills.
In his current role with S A Casey as Director of Development, Steve has the opportunity to guide projects from concept to completion, ensuring that they align with both client expectations and budget goals. His contributions have earned him the nickname “Steve the Builder.”
In addition to his work in construction, Steve is a former producer and host of the radio program Our House Radio, a community-focused show that ran for over 10 years. The show provided listeners with valuable insights into the construction industry.
Steve is also nearing the completion of his book Construction Instruction, which aims to help individuals navigate the construction process with confidence. He is deeply committed to giving back to the community through his work with Habitat for Humanity and his local church.
Steve’s personal mantra is: “The road to success is under always construction.”
