Robert is a Junior Estimator with a strong background in commercial construction and project management. He specializes in cost estimation for large-scale commercial projects, providing accurate and timely estimates that ensure projects stay on budget and meet deadlines. Robert’s role involves detailed analysis of blueprints, specifications, and scopes of work to identify all cost variables, helping project teams stay on track and maintain financial control.
Before transitioning to his current role, Robert served as an Assistant Project Manager for a leading commercial real estate developer, where he worked on several significant projects, including shopping center build-outs for national tenants, and ground-up construction. He also gained valuable hands-on experience through an internship at a commercial real estate appraisal office while earning his Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from the University of Central Florida. Robert is a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) and continues to pursue growth within the construction and real estate sectors. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring innovations in construction technology and staying active with outdoor activities.
