Alan is the driving force behind S.A. Casey Construction, leading the Leadership Team and overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations. With a successful 30-year career, he brings a wealth of expertise in driving brand growth, enhancing operational efficiencies, and reducing costs. His extensive background in facilities and construction management enables him to navigate the complexities of multi-million dollar organizations and manage budgets exceeding $100 million with exceptional proficiency. Alan’s strategic approach is anchored in core values that prioritize client needs and foster a supportive environment for team members who share those principles.

Alan chose the construction industry for its unique blend of creativity and engineering, allowing him to transform visions into reality. From a young age, he was captivated by the process of building and reshaping spaces. For Alan, construction is not just about innovative projects; it’s about making a lasting impact on the communities served. He joined S.A. Casey Construction in 2021 to enhance the company’s preconstruction capabilities. Recognized for his leadership and vision, he ascended to the role of President and partner in early 2023, focusing on design-build, construction management, and metal building subdivisions. 

Outside of work, Alan enjoys traveling the globe, immersing himself in diverse cultures. His journeys provide him with the opportunity to explore and study various architectural styles, examining construction methods and materials that further enrich his understanding of the industry.

In addition to his professional pursuits, Alan actively engages in several industry associations, including the Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA), the Professional Retail Store Maintenance Association (PRSM), the Restaurant Facility Management Association (RFMA), and NAIOP (Commercial Real Estate Development Association). Alan travels the globe with his wife and 3 children.
