Nick Jackowski

Nick was born and raised in the Orlando area with family ties to several local subcontractors. In high school, he worked summers with his uncles as a mason tender. After high school, Nick went on to graduate from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction with a minor in Business.

Nick began his professional career when he moved to the Ft. Lauderdale area and became a Superintendent for an interior/tenant build-out contractor. Over the next 5 years he moved up quickly to become a Project Manager/General Superintendent overseeing up to 10 projects at a time.

In 2017, he moved back to the Orlando area and started his career with the S.A. Casey Construction team as a Project Manager. He excelled quickly over the past 7 years and was promoted to Director of Construction in 2024. His current responsibilities are overseeing all projects to insure, they are on time, under budget, and to the highest quality S.A. Casey Construction is known for. Nick provides his expertise in project related budget solutions, scope of work and problem-solving skills while upholding a high level of standards. He implements policies and procedures for both the office and field staff. Nick also manages the more complex projects and mentors the up-and-coming project managers on the team.

In his downtime Nick never refuses an invite to play 18!  He also enjoys spending time and traveling with his wife and daughter.
