We begin showing some Restaurant Construction projects. The picture on the top of this page features the famous Restaurant, Rocco’s Tacos, on Restaurant Row on Sand Lake Road. S. A. Casey worked with 4 containers of materials from Mexico to make this build out really feel like you are in Mexico. The two pictures immediately above this section features floating ceiling details giving the restaurant some creative looks up high. There details are used to break up ceilings that are tall and give them a defining shape.
Orlando Schools and Government also have worked with S. A. Casey Construction. In the first you will see features a 10,000 sf ground up Day Care Building that houses 200 children. Much care went into the design and building of this structure as it was built on only half an acre just south of downtown. The second and third set shows features of our Federal Immigration Courthouse. This 28,000sf total renovation of a 2-story building was one of the largest projects of SA Casey Construction. The exterior of the building had steel bollards in concrete hidden behind the landscape hedge that could withstand a vehicle driving into it at 55mph.

Of course everyone is familiar with Disney, but our company is also part of the entertainment environment too. The next project features an adventure park built in the Lake Nona part of Orlando. It consisted of a floating obstacle course, a wakeboard and water ski cable system on the lake, a 4 story climbing tower, and two buildings including a restaurant. The most interesting part of the project was the angled canopy that shades the two buildings and the large porch for visitors to come and enjoy watching the sports.
